Nutrition and Weight Loss Coaching

We offer private nutrition counseling. The TLS Weight Management Solution nutrition program teaches low glycemic impact eating and has a huge focus on education. There is one on one coaching, full access to the website (and mobile app) to track food, track progress and journal. The program is personalized to each person to be sure it is the best for the individual based on history, lifestyle, weight loss goals or weight gain goals, and habits. The program teaches how to eat for life - real food, real situations. It also includes a customizable exercise plan for each person, hundreds of recipes, meal plans, tips, educational videos and more. It is designed as a 12 week program with me coaching the entire time and beyond. TLS Weight Management Solution encompasses low-glycemic impact eating, behavior modification and body composition, offering an extensive plan that covers everything you'll need to get fit and trim, not just a set of foods you can and cannot eat. In fact, a big part of TLS is helping you make healthy choices while still eating a normal, diverse diet.

Postural Therapy

Since 2009, Ellen has been certified as a Postural Alignment Specialist through Egoscue University. She has been working with clients of all ages and abilities to help them become pain free. Postural Therapy doesn't focus on the actual pain that may be present, but seeks out the true root cause. The therapist and the client work together to establish a menu of gentle stretches and exercises (e-cises) to help the body regain function. It is important to engage and reactivate muscles that may not be working as efficiently as they should. The body may be in pain due to injury, compensations from an old injury or due to repetetive use of certain muscles and not others. Men and women of all fitness levels, sizes and ages are gaining great results with Ossipee Adventure Boot Camp! You can too! Are you looking for a jump-start to your fitness routine? Then this adventure is for you! Whether you are a beginner, an avid exercise enthusiast or just tired of the same routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise...fun! We offer Co-Ed and Women's Only Classes.

Ellen's Ossipee Adventure Boot Camp and the TRX Class are each a 4 week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into those skinny jeans, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit for yourself and your loved ones, this is the program for you!

TRX Suspension Training

Designed by a Navy Seal, TRX Suspension Training provides a total body workout anywhere in a short period of time. This innovative tool offers over 300 exercises to build your strength, flexibility and balance. TRX is made of two durable straps with cushioned handles to support your hands or feet and an overhead anchor. It works by assisting you in supporting your body weight while you engage your core and targeted muscles in each exercise. Designed to help seniors continue or transform into an active older adult, the senior class focuses on balance, flexibility and functional strength training, helping you to increase bone mass, stamina, and agility.

Yoga

Kripalu Yoga is a style of yoga for any one and any body! This 'yoga of compassion' will help to:

Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare for yoga postures. A series of postures will then stretch, strengthen and balance the body, ending with relaxation and meditation. Classes are open to the public and all abilities.
